Server logs

Like any website, our host (LWS) receives technical information with each request: IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type. These logs are used only to keep the site secure and running, and are kept by the host for a limited period, in line with its legal obligations. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage, which is why it shows no consent banner. Your language is chosen through the address itself (/fr/ for French).

E-mails

If you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply. They are kept for as long as needed to follow up on your request, then deleted: retention period.

Purchases

The shop, opening at shop.noireaudio.com, will publish its own privacy information covering orders, licences and payments when it opens.

Your rights

You can access, correct or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, and ask for portability, by writing to contact e-mail address. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
